Established in 2005, Archiplan is an experienced interior architectural design firm based in Penang. We offer full-fledged interior architecture design consultancy and solutions, as well as design and built services for both commercial and residential spaces. Interior design is not merely about creating beautiful spaces, it is more than that – it is about creating beautiful spaces that are able to shape and enhance the life experience of the people who will be operating within that space.
We believe that architecture and design should be delightful to the beholder, and ultimately, serve its intended purpose. The Archiplan Approach is that a space should always be functional, flanked by tasteful design aesthetics, and enhanced by excellent attention to detail.

Functional Concepts
In crafting architectural and design solutions, we always keep in mind ‘purpose and practicality’ as the utmost objective. We seek to create spaces that perfectly balance concept with functionality, and would often refer to the client’s intended use of space as a source of design inspiration in facilitating more streamlined design solutions.
Exquisite Form
Practical doesn’t mean utilitarian or boring, instead it challenges us to think out of the box. We often fancy the challenge of negotiating between form and function, it helps us to constantly push the envelope that often yields rewarding results in terms of concept and design. We agree to the saying, ‘true magic happens beyond your comfort zone’.
Detailed Finishing
At Archiplan, we believe that the smallest details make a huge difference, which is why we place a considerable amount of emphasis in the selection of material and fabric when finalising every design. Lighting, colours and textures, they all play imperative roles in the the overall look, ambience and feel of a specific space.
